Cheers to Labor Day Fun!!

Here are a few Fabulous favorites to help you and your friends toast the end of summer  at your Labor Day Party:


For the Sophisticated Soirée: Champagne Punch

 Step 1: Pour 3 tablespoons grenadine, 3 tablespoons Cointreau, 2 tablespoons brandy, and 1 3/4 cups champagne over ice

Step 2: Stir gently

Step 3: Pour into champagne glasses

Step 3: Garnish with 2 raspberries

Step 4: Cheers!


For the Sassy Soirée:  The Raspberry Lemon Drop Martini

Step 1: Dip the rim of a chilled cocktail glass in lemon juice and sugar to frost the rim.

Step 2: Fill a metal shaker with 2 oz. of citrus flavored vodka, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. sugar, and ice and then shake vigorously

Step 3: Strain into the sugar-rimmed cocktail glass

Step 4: Pour 1/2 oz. Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur in the center (this will give the cocktail a layered look)

Step 5: Drop in 2 raspberries to garnish

Step 6: Cheers!

Cheers to the Super Bowl!

Whether you are a Green Bay Packers' fan or a Pittsburg Steelers' fan, one thing we can all agree on it Super Bowl Sunday is going to be a lot of fun!  The best part of the day is getting together with friends to cheer on your team.  Why not have some special cocktails to make the day more festive and Cheers! to your team?
For the Packers' Fans - Old Fashioned Wisconsin
  • 3 oz brandy
  • 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • A dash of water
  • And lemon peel for garnish
For the Steelers' Fans - Black & Gold

A Black & Gold is a super easy cocktail that makes a dramatic statement, both in taste and look. It features Blavod Vodka, which is black, and Goldschlager, that luxury cinammon liqueur with the gold flake floating around inside. The result is a beautiful, black and gold cocktail with the flavor of cinnamon.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Blavod vodka
  • 1 oz Goldschlager

Preparation:

  1. Pour the Blavod into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Top with Goldschlager.

Tis the Season to Be Merry!

Tis the season to be jolly!  And a signature cocktail at your holiday party is not only festive but can add that “wow” factor.  We have created an easy “Christmas” list that can help you add that extra special flair to your holiday party.  CHEERS!

C - Christmas Cosmo
  • 1/2 oz. Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz. cranberry juice
  • 1 tsp. lime juice 
  • 1 oz. vodka
  • Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
  • WOW Factor: Garnish with a few floating frozen cranberries.
H - Holiday Hopper
  • 1 oz Midori melon liqueur
  • 1/2 oz green creme de menthe
  • 1/2 oz white creme de cacao
  • 2 oz half and half
  • mint leaves for garnish
  • raspberry for garnish
  • Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
  • WOW Factor: Garnish with mint leaves and a raspberry.

E - Eggnog with a Winter Bite
  • 1 shot cinnamon Schnapps
  • 1 glass eggnog
  • Add the shot of cinnamon Schnapps to the glass of eggnog and stir.
  • WOW Factor: Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
E - Naughty Eggnog
  • 1 part Jägermeister
  • 2 parts eggnog
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 dash nutmeg
  • Fill glass 1/2 to 3/4 full of ice. Add 1 part Jagermeister then 2 parts eggnog and stir.
  • WOW Factor: Garnish with a sprinkle cinnamon and/or nutmeg on top.
R - Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer
  • 1 1/2 oz. Creme de Cacao
  • 1 oz. peppermint Schnapps
  • 1 oz. light cream
  • Shake everything with ice and strain into a martini glass.
  • WOW Factor: Garnish with a candy cane.
S - Jack Sour
  • 1 part Jack Daniels whiskey
  • 3 parts sweet and sour mix
  • Mix together and serve with ice.
  • WOW Factor: Garnish with a cherry and mint leaves.
